- €277,000 Boost in Portugal: In November 2020, I brought RETA members an opportunity to own two-bed luxury condos at pricing starting at €348,000 near the marina in the Algarve town of Lagos. A local broker told a member of my team that they sold one earlier this year for €625,000. That’s €277,000 more.
- Uplifts of $309,018 in Playa del Carmen: In Playa del Carmen, on Mexico’s Riviera Maya, RETA members had the opportunity to buy in a community called Singular Dream. RETA members could buy here in an exclusive, off-market deal in 2021 from $265,304. In early 2024, two-bed condos were listing there for as much as $574,322. That’s an uplift of $309,018.

Members of my Real Estate Trend Alert group are up well over six figures on multiple past deals in Playa del Carmen, including Singular Dream (above), not to mention the rest of Mexico’s Riviera Maya.
- Gains of €102,100 in Spain—In 2013, I bought RETA members the chance to buy a fire-sale deal in the pretty marina town of La Duquesa on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Members could buy here from €86,900. In 2023, one of these condos sold at €189,000—a gain of €102,100.
These aren’t one-offs. They’re the result of careful scouting, deep local networks, and years of experience.

- Costa Rica’s Gold Coast—As you know I recently spent time scouting along Costa Rica’s Gold Coast, around the town of Tamarindo. On my recent visit I was told these are now $80,000 more. Anyhow…I was back looking for more deals, and I think I may have one coming.
- Puerto Vallarta—This is one of Mexico’s most sought-after coastal cities—where cobbled streets meet upscale dining, luxury yachts, and golden Pacific beaches. I’m circling a potential deal just minutes from the vibrant marina. If this comes together, we could be looking at exceptional value in a prime location with strong rental potential.
- Panama City—I’m also looking for a RETA deal in the most exclusive country club in Panama City, called Santa Maria. We had a RETA deal in October 2020 there in Ocean House and a RETA member bought a two-bed condo for $268,200. My guys went to check it out late last year. They were told it would list today for more than $368,000. And that it’s renting long term for $2,600 a month. That’s an uplift of almost $100,000 and a gross yield of nearly 12%. Renting long term! Now we may have something new here…

New Opportunity in Europe’s Hidden Riviera
Montenegro boasts one of the most dramatic coastlines in Europe. Running for 183 miles along the Adriatic Sea, it’s liberally sprinkled with historic towns, lively beach resorts, secluded coves and white-stone fishing villages, all punctuated by strips of fine sand and pebbled beaches.
This coastline has caught the attention of the world’s ultra-rich.
A-listers, oligarchs, and Gulf state billionaires are flocking here to berth their superyachts. The stores rock high-end luxury brands like Dior, Rolex, Burberry, Balenciaga. And luxury penthouses sell for millions. The Saudi royal family even relocated its golden fleet of mega-yachts to here from Monaco in 2012 on a 30-year lease.
This is Europe’s New Riviera.
Last year, I brought our group an incredible deal here. Our Royal Town Kotor deal opened in July and was an incredible opportunity to snap up condos here at insane off-market RETA prices.
The developer told us he plans a 70% price increase on our RETA-pricing over the build period. If the developer goes ahead with his price increases, it would mean that the stunning two-bed condos we could get for a RETA-only €348,356 will be listed at €592,205 before you even get the keys!

True Beachfront Homes in a Global Safe Haven
I’m working on a potential deal to lock in true beachfront homes on Uruguay’s breathtaking Atlantic coast. This tiny country may fly under the radar, but it’s a standout—South America’s wealthiest nation per capita (IMF) and its most democratic (The Economist).
Safe, stable, and strikingly beautiful, Uruguay is a haven of golden and cream-colored beaches, luxury resorts, and laid-back bohemian towns. I like to call it “the Portugal of South America.”
In one of these charming beach towns, a trusted developer contact is planning to build stunning stilted homes—set right over the sand. This particular beach is so peaceful and untouched that the country’s former president owns a home here. If this deal comes together, he’ll be one of our closest neighbors.
I’ve walked this site myself. So has my scout, Ciaran Madden, who visited in December. We were both blown away. If everything stacks up, this could be something truly special.
