I’m an international real estate investor. I’ve been hunting down and investing in real estate deals for more than two decades, which has allowed me to amass a wealth of international real estate knowledge, insight, and experience.
I own almost no stocks, no gold, nor crypto. I have no collectible coins, no cellars of fine wines nor classic cars. Instead, I own properties around the world. I travel. I scout for opportunities to invest in real estate globally. And— almost all the time—I make a profit.
To do this I put my boots on the ground all over the world…or toes in the sand, depending on where I am. Then there’s all the travel of my dedicated team. The annual bill for travel and research is usually close to a million dollars.
Why? Because buying quality real estate in fast-growing locations, for less than what others pay, is the best way to make money.
When I’m not looking at property, land, or scouting a market somewhere, then chances are I’m on a call or messaging with a contact from some corner of the world.
The problem is that “somewhere” isn’t your hometown, your county, state…it isn’t even usually your home country.

By thinking and acting internationally, we can benefit enormously from big transformational events. We can get ahead of the biggest trends in the world and buy the right real estate to profit from those trends.
