Your Daily Dream Home
Montaudin, Mayenne, France
This charming three-bedroom home features a large living room with a kitchen/diner area.
There’s a central fireplace which could be used to house a wood burning stove, although at the moment there’s an electric heater there. The spacious kitchen is big enough for a 10-seater dining table as well as plenty of storage space.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, which aren’t large, but do have space for storage and bedside tables. The bathroom has modern fittings.
Adjacent to the main property is a converted annex which could be used for rentals or converted into an office or hobby space. The downstairs area of the annex includes a storage area, a shower room, and a WC, while upstairs, there is a small kitchen area and space for a sofa bed.
