For those who don’t know, The Gathering is the annual get-together for Lifetime members of my Real Estate Trend Alert (RETA) group. Next year, we’ll be meeting from March 12 to 14 in the 5-star Santa Maria country club and resort in booming, cosmopolitan Panama City.
If you’re not a RETA member, you’ll have a chance to join as a RETA Lifetime member and attend this event. (More on that soon.)
So stick the dates March 12 to 14 in your diary now. You won’t want to miss this. The Gathering XII is shaping up to be the biggest and best in the history of my club.

This is the only time each year when we gather like this.
This week, I’ve been on the phone with my key real estate contacts telling them that the venue is locked in. And their excitement is off the charts.
They’re putting their plans in place to jet in from Costa Rica…from Spain…from Mexico…from Montenegro…from the Dominican Republic…
This is your chance to rub shoulders and chat face to face with developers, lawyers, brokers, and other insiders from these destinations and beyond…all in an intimate setting.

As I say, next year we’re meeting in Santa Maria, one of the most prestigious master-planned communities not just in Panama City, but in the entire region.
The venue is the stunning Santa Maria hotel and resort, nestled amid the fairways of a championship Jack Nicklaus golf course. And it’s ideally located, 10 to 15 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from Panama City’s trendiest and most internationalized district, Costa del Este, packed with attractions and incredible restaurants and nightlife.
I should point out that we don’t make a cent from The Gathering.
The price of attendance only covers the cost of running the event. So, the price of a ticket is a fraction of what you’d expect to pay for an event of this caliber.
