Mexican Colonial City Homes Under $150K

Back in the day, the Spanish got around. And nowhere is their influence more apparent than in Mexico, and in particular in her colonial cities. Many of them are beautifully preserved with historical districts full of charming buildings, imposing churches and cathedrals, and pretty cobblestone streets that hold hundreds of years of history.

Their charm and beauty is exactly why many of Mexico’s colonial cities have become popular locations for expats look to live and buy a home overseas and tourists alike. They are great places to spend time…whether it’s a few days, a couple of months of the year, or full time.
Below are homes in three of Mexico’s most popular colonial cities and all are currently listed for under $150,000.

I haven’t personally visited or done any due diligence on any of the properties presented here. Always do your own due diligence before considering any real estate transaction.
