Seats for The Gathering XII went on sale yesterday and disappeared in hours.
My Real Estate Trend Alert group’s annual meetup is rightly popular.
Every year, at The Gathering, the buzz is electric. The vibe upbeat, purposeful, and high-energy. The value proposition is clear.
When I said you needed to hurry to grab a ticket, I meant it.

See you in Panama if you got your ticket…
Congratulations if you secured your place. I look forward to welcoming you in Panama March 12-14.
You’ll now want to look at booking your flights and hotel.
We’ve got a phenomenal rate for the Santa Maria Luxury Collection Hotel & Golf Resort, the luxury 5-star hotel attendees are meeting in, just $196 per night for a single person and $219 per night for two people sharing a room.
And it’s so easy to get to. For The Gathering XII the closest airport is Tocumen international airport, code PTY, which is a 15-minute drive or so to the Santa Maria hotel where attendees will meet. Tocumen has direct flight connections across North America.
If you’re a RETA Lifetime member and you missed out on a place, I know that’s frustrating. But please don’t be too disappointed. As a RETA Lifetime member, you’ll still get:
- Full access to The Gathering XII recordings, so you won’t miss a single deal, presentation, or strategy shared. It’s not the same as being in the room, but it’s the next best thing.
- Every RETA deal briefing, scouting report, and contact that makes this club what it is.
- First chance at seats when we open the doors for The Gathering XIII.
And later this month I’ll kick off a new RETA Lifetime-only series. I’ll bring one of my trusted insiders from my million-dollar rolodex to Lifetime members live.
Speaking of insiders, I’ve just heard news from a contact in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, where construction is progressing at Punta Laguna in the master-planned community of Corasol, Playa del Carmen.
I bought alongside RETA members here in our deal in 2022 when our members-only pricing for stunning two-bed condos started at $228,600. In April this year, two-bed condos in Punta Laguna listed retail for $342,000…that’s $113,400 more.
My contact on the ground has checked on the site and confirmed that three towers are now standing at six storys tall each.
RETA members who bought in Punta Laguna will be getting a more detailed update on this shortly.

A quick snap my contact on the ground took of one of the towers now rising at Punta Laguna.
Wishing you good real estate investing,

P.S. If you’re lucky enough to have snagged a seat at The Gathering XII you can prepare yourself by getting a taste of what it will be like in this video.
In Panama, attendees will meet the entire RETA scouting team and the developers, lawyers, and real estate insiders I’ve spent decades building relationships with—all coming to share their best opportunities in person.
