Dear Reader,
What if your everyday life looked—and felt—like the perfect vacation?
Imagine waking to the soft cooing of doves nesting in the terracotta rooftops.
Morning light spills into your bedroom, golden and warm, filtered through sheer white curtains that dance slightly in the breeze. The air smells faintly of salt from the ocean—a seven-minute walk from your door.
You brew a pot of strong Portuguese coffee—bitter, earthy, and comforting—and carry your cup to the balcony.

You can hear the click of shutters being opened, the murmur of greetings exchanged in lilting Portuguese.
You throw on linen shorts, slip into your sandals, and step outside, where the air is warm and laced with rosemary and sea salt. You pass cobalt-trimmed houses and sun-drenched gardens before reaching the beach—your new morning ritual.
Down wooden steps to the powder-soft sand…
The sea shimmers, shifting between aquamarine and deep sapphire, as you wade in.

When you emerge from the water, skin tingling and salty, you wrap yourself in a towel and watch the morning sun ignite the limestone cliffs into hues of ochre and honey.
You make your way to a pastelaria where locals sip bica (a short, sweet coffee, a bit like an espresso) and swap the day’s news. You order a pastel de nata still warm from the oven—the crust so crisp it shatters under your fork, the custard still trembling, rich with vanilla and just a hint of lemon zest. With your coffee, it’s perfect.
Utterly indulgent.
And yet, here, it feels normal—expected, even—to pause, to savor, to let pleasure be part of the routine.
As you linger at your table, toes sandy, face sun-kissed, you realize something: you’re not on vacation anymore. This is just…your life now. And it’s better than you ever imagined.
This isn’t a fantasy. This is a real town on Portugal’s southern coast…a place that changed the world once, and might just change your future too.
This is Lagos.
And on Saturday, April 12, you can unlock access to Real Estate Trend Alert for just $7 and get full details and your chance to act on this deal.
I thought the opportunity in Lagos had passed—I felt sure it had. But now my deep network of contacts has unlocked a new opportunity…

This is a deal I expect to be snapped up in minutes.
Lagos is the most historic town in Portugal’s southern Algarve region and my favorite on the entire coast. There are semi-secret sandy coves, long stretches of golden-sand beach, cliffs, sea stacks and bluffs, a top-class marina, incredible restaurants and golf…
This town used to fly under the radar. Because most of the early tourism growth hit towns closer to the Algarve’s Faro international airport, they developed first and Lagos was long overlooked.
Around a decade ago, that started to change…
I followed a “Path of Progress” to Lagos. (A path of progress is anything that makes a place easier to get to, like new roads, airports, or bridges, or more desirable, say, a 5-star resort in a place that previously only had cheap hostels.)
My team and I visited many times to witness the boom, the ever-growing rental season, the huge influx of new people…
For years, Lagos has been benefitting from a Path of Progress moving west along the Algarve. When development first came to the Algarve, it rolled out west of Faro, where the international airport is, toward Vilamoura. That’s where the major resorts, golf courses, hotels, and condo communities first developed, before moving farther west towards Lagos.

Lagos is the last major stop on the Path of Progress here. And because most of the early tourist growth hit towns closer to Faro, like Albufeira, Lagos avoided the same unrestrained development. It remains low-rise and protected.
Lagos has been discovered. Rental occupancy rates have soared. There’s basically no off-season anymore. In fact, such is the demand for real estate and rentals in Lagos today that I’d long felt the opportunity had passed for us there.
This is low-rise, low-density area. And there’s very limited land left here for new development.
Lagos has taken steps to ensure it remains low-rise and low-density. Special care has been taken to protect its rich history. New development here is focused on boutique luxury.
RETA was ahead of Lagos’ transformation with a run of killer deals. These have been some of the best in the group’s history. To give a quick snapshot…
- €277,000 More—RETA members had the chance to own two-bed condos in the Adega community near Lagos’ marina in November 2020 from €348,000. A local contact says they sold one for €625,000 earlier this year. That’s an uplift of €277,000.
- Boost of €274,000—In August 2021, I brought the group a deal in the Dona Maria community overlooking Lagos’ marina. RETA members could own two-bed condos here from €575,000. A two-bed condo there has since listed for €849,000. That’s €274,000 more.
- Uplift of €414,500—In December 2019, I brought RETA members a deal to own stunning luxurious condos in the Santa Maria community in Lagos from €310,500. Today, a two-bed condo in Santa Maria is listing for €725,000. That’s an astonishing uplift of €414,500.

Now, Lagos in entering a new phase in its development. And once again, RETA is ahead…
The town has a strategic plan to become a globally renowned haven of luxury and prestige. And the world’s top resort brands are all in on this vision.
Investment is flooding into Lagos. Hilton has launched a massive $119 million project to build two new luxury hotels overlooking the town’s stunning marina. JW Marriott is coming too, choosing Lagos as the site for its very first hotel in Portugal.
This town is on an astonishing growth trajectory.
Yet…amid all this I’ve got a killer deal lined up for RETA members…
Let me be clear—this Saturday, April 12, I’m giving you access to RETA for just $7 so that you can take your shot at this deal. You’ll need to move fast. There’s very limited availability.
If you want to own in the Algarve’s most historic and beautiful beach town and potentially see gains of €311,500 and rental income of €56,000 per year… Saturday is your moment. Make sure to tune in.
This is the first RETA deal in Lagos in more than three years—and I don’t expect another one anytime soon.
This deal comes thanks to long-standing connections in Lagos. A developer we’ve worked with before is building a new community in Porto de Mos, the most prestigious area of Lagos and home to the town’s best beach.
And you can be among the first to see it—if you join RETA for just $7 this Saturday.
On Wednesday, April 16 at 1 p.m. ET, RETA members will get the chance to own stunning luxury condos in a true best-in-class community. And it’s just a six or seven-minute stroll from the beach that I (and locals) consider the best in Lagos.
As I say, with this deal, I expect big capital appreciation and serious income if you choose to rent.
