VIDEO: This Overlooked Coastline is Like Greece…But for Half the Price

For more than two decades, I’ve traveled the world in search of exceptional real estate opportunities.

My team of scouts and I look for tomorrow’s prime locations while they’re still undervalued and full of upside.

Right now, I’m watching an overlooked stretch of European coastline…

Directly across the Adriatic from the heel of Italy, it’s a 75-mile ribbon of mountains falling into turquoise water…white-sand coves…and stone villages perched above the sea.

It has the same sun and the same sea as some of Europe’s most celebrated destinations.

Yet in places, you can still buy near the coast from around €1,000 per square meter.

That’s half the price of comparable property in neighboring Greece or Croatia…maybe less.

I sent one of my most trusted scouts to explore this coastline recently. He’s well-traveled and not easily impressed. But he came back calling this the most beautiful place he had ever seen.

I’ve just released my video deep-dive on this stunning destination in the new episode of The Ronan McMahon Report.

Click below to watch it now. And when you’re done, share your thoughts or questions in the comments. My team and I read them all.

In this new deep-dive on my YouTube channel, I take you to an overlooked European Riviera. Click to view…

The destination is Albania, directly across the Adriatic from Italy and sharing its southern border with Greece.

For most of the 20th century, Albania was the most isolated country in Europe. Its borders were effectively sealed for almost 50 years.

That isolation protected its coastline while much of the Mediterranean was being built out.

Now, the world is catching on. Albania went from welcoming about 120,000 tourists in 1997 to more than 10 million last year.

And the infrastructure is catching up. A new tunnel has transformed access to the Riviera, while investment is flowing into airports, marinas, ports and hospitality projects.

But, as I’ll explain, the Albanian Riviera isn’t one market. It’s a chain of destinations at different stages of development.

Watch my new video to learn:

  • Where you can still buy a brand-new apartment close to the sea for about €150,000…
  • Why this country genuinely wants American visitors to come…
  • Where to find irreplaceable old stone houses…and the stretch of coastline being compared to Mykonos 15 years ago…

It’s all in my new video.

Wishing you good real estate investing,
