Get Your Free Special Report on Panama’s “Hidden” Riviera

Just to the west of booming, cosmopolitan Panama City lies a glistening stretch of Pacific coastline…

Extending for 50 miles, this coast has glorious white-sand beaches and warm waters for swimming. There’s excellent fishing, surfing, diving, and whale-watching. You’ll also find luxurious resorts and residential communities with beach clubs, pools, spas, sports bars, fine-dining restaurants, and rooftop cocktail lounges. And backing it all are lush, soaring hills with incredible hiking.

This is Panama’s Pacific Riviera…

For decades, this region has been quietly transforming, becoming the most developed stretch of coastline in Panama. Though it still flies under the radar internationally.

Now that’s changing…

More major resort and hotel brands are preparing to open on the Pacific Riviera. Yet you can still find incredible value beachfront real estate here (and I mean true beachfront…homes literally steps from the sand) if you know where to look.

This is an incredible lifestyle and investment opportunity…

True beachfront real estate is a rare thing these days. True beachfront real estate near a major capital is far rarer still. But there’s a community on Panama’s Pacific Riviera where you’ll find exactly this…read more about it here.

Development on the Pacific Riviera began as far back as the 1940s with the establishment of Coronado, the best-known community on this coast.

This coast has been growing ever since then…though in the past two decades or so, the pace has accelerated massively as Panama’s economy boomed and the country became a globally renowned safe haven.

After Coronado, known for its black-sand beaches, came Pacific Riviera communities such as Buenaventura, with its high-end Marriott hotel, Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, and million-dollar villas.

But there was also an anomaly on the Pacific Riviera as it developed…

As towns and communities farther from Panama City like Coronado and Buenaventura boomed, the nicest closest beach to the capital—a glistening stretch of white sand—remained overlooked. Few people even knew it existed.

That’s until around a decade ago, when a brand-new, luxurious community began to emerge there.

Visit today and what you’ll find is extraordinary…

At this community, on the closest nicest beach to Panama City, you’ll find miles of unspoiled coastline. (Learn more in our special report here.)

In this new community, everything is orientated to make the most of life on the beach…

Your morning gym routine is beachfront. Your dinner in the evening is beachfront. Your whole day is beachfront. Because the amenities of the high-end community are all squarely on the sand or right beside it.

The ocean is a constant presence in this community. Each day begins and ends with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Residents fall asleep and awaken to the sounds of waves gently lapping onshore.

Being frontline to this pristine beach means you have swimming, fishing, and whale watching all outside your front door. The surfing here is world class too. And the islands offshore, which you can explore on day trips, have fascinating stories (one was owned by John Wayne and has an abandoned Western World theme park on it).

You’ll never want to things to see and do here.

This incredible Pacific Riviera beachfront community puts you frontline to a pristine beach with surfing, swimming, fishing, whale watching and hiking all outside your front door. Discover more about this community, including its exact location, in your special Pacific Riviera report. Access it here.

You’ve heard of Surf City, California. That’s what it’s like here…but better.

This community offers the comfort of a luxury resort with the feel of a small beach town in Southern California…

And all of this is on the nicest closest beach to cosmopolitan Panama City…one of the richest cities on the continent, where you have mega-malls, luxury boutiques, incredible art galleries and museums, cinema complexes, trendy bars and cafés, exquisite fine dining spanning every major world cuisine…

Just an hour to 90 minutes after leaving your beachfront condo, you could be having dinner in a trendy restaurant in Panama City’s historic district of Casco Viejo.

It’s hard to believe the stunning stretch of coast where this high-end beachfront community is located was once hidden from the world.

This was the natural starting point for development on the Pacific Riviera but for decades, it was leapfrogged and left a virgin paradise. Why?

Well, what passed for a road to this stretch of coast was a car-killing bone-shaker. Plus, most of the land was owned by just a few families that didn’t want to sell. And much of the land was zoned as farmland.

Even in the late 2000s, not many people knew this coast existed. Wealthy folks heading out of Panama City to the beach for a weekend escape drove right past this spot to beaches and communities like Coronado and Buenaventura that were farther from the city, but easier to get to.

For years, one of Panama’s foremost developers, Alfredo Aleman, dreamed of building a true beachfront community on this hidden coast.

Undeterred and relishing a challenge, Alfredo and his GLP group eventually secured a mile of magnificent beachfront here, then started spending serious money on infrastructure, including getting paved roads put in, all the way to the project. Next came incredible residential communities, resorts and amenities.

Today, the community has more than 400 units. There’s a thriving surf club…a beach club…and a hotel, which includes a luxury spa, state-of-the-art gym, superb pool, gourmet restaurants…and there’s more amenities coming down the track.

This beachfront community has high-end luxury amenities like a spa, beach club, and gourmet restaurants…and there’s more to come.

This community is emerging as Panama’s standout beach destination…an international destination…and it’s on the cusp of being discovered by the rest of the world…

Two major international hotel and resort brands are preparing to open here. But right now, this opportunity is still “ground floor.”

That means if you’re interested in owning true beachfront overseas, you still have an opportunity to buy ahead of the international folks and wealthy in Panama City for whom this beach is the closest, nicest beach.

I’ll tell you more about that opportunity and reveal the exact name and location of this incredible community in my newest report, Panama’s Hidden Riviera: White Sands, Warm Pacific Waters and True Beachfront Living Close to a Major World City.
