  • $212,000 uplift in Panama—In June 2021, I brought RETA members a chance to own condos in Seascape on Ocean Reef a man-made island in Panama City. They could lock in sweeping ocean-view condos starting at $783,000. Resales are rare on Ocean Reef, but in February 2023 a condo in Seascape listed for $995,000. That’s a boost of $212,000.
  • Gain of €223,000 in Spain—In 2020, we had our opportunity at Casares Costa in Spain’s Costa del Sol. A RETA member bought a luxury condo here for €327,000. It was recently sold for €550,000.
  • $176,000 uplift: In August 2021, we had an amazing deal in a project called Cabo Costa, in Cabo, on Mexico’s Baja California peninsula. A similar condo to those at RETA-only price of $249,000 listed for $499,000 in December 2023. That’s an uplift of $250,000. I bought a condo in Cabo Costa myself. (I haven’t sold mine.)
  • Uplift of Almost $100,000—In September last year my scouts stumbled upon an outstanding performance in the master-planned community of Santa Maria, also in Panama City. We had a RETA deal in October 2020 there in Ocean House, and a RETA member bought a two-bed condo for $268,200. My guys went to check it out. They were told it would list for more than $368,000. And that it’s renting long term for $2,600 a month. A gross yield of over 11%.
