These Deals Are So Good, They Can’t be Real…Can They?

It was about a year ago…

I was in a master-planned community called Corasol, at the edge of the city of Playa del Carmen on Mexico’s Caribbean coast.

Corasol is a vast, near-500-acre oasis of carefully planned and landscaped paradise fringed by the best white-sand beach in the area…all within walking and cycling distance to the center of thriving, cosmopolitan Playa del Carmen.

Corasol is a reserve of the discerning and wealthy. It’s got an outstanding Nick Price-designed golf course. Homes list for millions of dollars…the few that are left anyway. Scarcity is very real.

I’ve brought members of my Real Estate Trend Alert club a number of killer deals here. For instance, in March 2022 RETA members could own two-bed, two-bath condos in a community called The Village from $258,600. Similar condos have since listed at retail for $384,238—that’s $125,638 more.

Anyway…

Last year, I was in Corasol checking out beachfront condos when I heard a guy say, “Hey, you’re Ronan. You’re Ronan from RETA. I never believed it… I never believed RETA until l saw it.”

I was thinking, “Who is this?”

And then the penny dropped… This was the founder of the parent company of the company of Corasol. He was visiting from Mexico City. His team had told him about this group called RETA with the power to move mountains and he did not believe it.

No one believes the power that’s RETA until they see it in action.

This is one of the reasons why our annual RETA event, The Gathering, is so powerful and important…

I get it. From the outside, RETA can sound implausible…

For developers, the idea of this group of serious, knowledgeable investors who can buy up a big proportion of a community in a single day…well, it seems crazy.

You see, generally, it takes developers a long time, often years, to sell out a new community. But by buying up a large proportion of the community instantly, RETA can cut that timeframe dramatically.

This is a win-win for RETA members and the developer.

The developer gets quick and discreet sales from our group…allowing them to go to the local market with sales under their belt and the confidence to charge higher retail prices (i.e. the price everyone else pays). In return they hand RETA members big juicy discounts…ensuring we pay way less than anyone else.

Our model is a game-changer…but at the outset, new developers can be skeptical of the power of our group. Individual investors can be skeptical too. When they hear our “off-market” RETA pricing, they can be shocked. Our deals can sound too good to be true.

This is where The Gathering is hugely beneficial…

Since then we’ve gotten some mind-blowing deals in all these destinations…

In Costa Rica, we had an incredible RETA-only deal on the “Gold Coast.”

Set on country’s northwest Pacific coastline, the Gold Coast is a region of stunning golden-sand beaches, towering rainforests, and lush rolling hills. This is a billionaires’ paradise. Some of the world’s most exclusive resort brands are active in the area creating residences to sell for $10 million…$25 million…

Six months ago, RETA members had the chance to own incredible luxury homes a short walk to two beaches and the brand-new marina that anchors Playa Flamingo, a beautiful beach town at the heart of the Gold Coast.

This deal was sensational. The developer tells me two-bed homes similar to those that RETA members could buy for an off-market price of $286,800 are now listing for $339,000. That’s an uplift of $52,200…in just six months!

Then there’s our deal in Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic…

Cap Cana is 30,000 acres of meticulously planned luxury set on a breathtaking stretch of Caribbean coast. It’s home to the largest inland marina in the Caribbean…the region’s biggest water park…world-class golf…incredible fine-dining…state-of-the-art equestrian facilities…and so much more.

Just two weeks ago, RETA members got the opportunity to own in the community of Crystal Garden right at the heart of Cap Cana, and just a stroll from one of the best beaches on the planet. And our condos come with amazing views and planned amenities like a gym…restaurant…yoga studio…sea-view infinity pool…

This was an incredible deal…and it’s taken just two weeks to get confirmation of just how incredible.

The developer of Crystal Garden has sent word that they’re already raising prices for retail buyers. That means RETA members are already sitting on significant uplifts!

Here’s an example…

Two-bed condos similar to those available to RETA members from $384,400 are now listed at $440,000. That’s an uplift of $55,600. And I expect these gains to grow.

In fact, I expect five years after delivery the luxurious two-bed condos we’re owning from a RETA-only $382,400 will be worth $657,400. That’s a gain of $275,000.

And that could well be conservative…

Cap Cana sits on this breathtaking stretch of Caribbean coastline. The RETA members-only deal here has already registered significant uplifts…

Or take our deal in Montenegro…

The Bay of Kotor in Montenegro is one of the world’s most beautiful places. Huge rippling gulfs and sparkling straits stretch into the distance. Serpentine, fjord-like bays lie beneath towering pine-covered limestone mountains. Historic towns and white-stone fishing villages sit in the narrow spaces between the mountains and long strips of fine-sand beach.

This stunning coastline has attracted the world’s super-rich. Billionaires dock their superyachts at its ultra-luxury marinas. Villas and homes in branded residences sell for millions. This is a new Riviera…an emerging Monaco. Yet it still flies under the mainstream tourism radar, especially when compared to neighboring Croatia.

In July, I brought RETA members an incredible deal here in the best-in-class community of Royal Town Kotor. There we could lock down stunning two-bed condos from a RETA-only €348,356. I expect these will be worth €550,000 five years after delivery. That’s a gain of €201,643.

And here’s the thing…those figures are very conservative.

The developer has already written to share his future pricing plans. He told us he plans a 70% price increase on our exclusive RETA-pricing over the build period.

If the developer goes ahead with his price increases, it would mean that the stunning two-bed condos RETA members could own from a RETA-only €348,356 will be listed at €592,205 before members even get the keys!

The Bay of Kotor is a new Riviera…an emerging Monaco. And just in July, I brought RETA members a sensational deal here.

Costa Rica…Montenegro…Cap Cana…

The developers behind each of these deals came to The Gathering and saw the potential of RETA. Incredible deals and astonishing discounts soon followed.

As I say, no one believes the power that’s RETA until they see it in action.
