Uruguay reminds me of so much that I love about Portugal. And the similarities go beyond the scenery. There’s the sense of safety and stability…the easygoing lifestyle…and the welcome for foreigners who want to put down roots.
I can see myself owning a home here.
But what would that involve? How easy is it to get residency, buy real estate, or rent out your home when you’re elsewhere?
