- In Akumal on the Riviera Maya, luxury two-bed condos that RETA members could have bought for $178,000 in October 2019 sold for $400,000 in May 2022. That’s a $222,000 profit in just 2.5 years.
- Over on Portugal’s Algarve, in the historic town of Lagos, RETA members could buy two-bed condos in the luxury community of Adega for €375,000. In 2025, a condo available to RETA members at this price was sold for €600,000, an uplift of €225,000.
- In Spain, on the Costa del Sol, a RETA member who purchased a penthouse in the Albatross community in Casares for €327,000 in 2021 sold it in late 2023 for €550,000—securing gains of €223,000.
Another RETA deal in Lagos, Portugal was in The Dona Maria community, where RETA members have seen mind-blowing six- and even seven-figure uplifts on a previous members-only deal.
