VIDEO: The Rising Capital Where You Can Own For Under $80k

For two decades I’ve been a full-time international real estate investor and scout.

I travel the world to find tomorrow’s prime locations while they’re still overlooked, undervalued, and full of upside.

There is no shortcut to finding these destinations.

It’s not something you can do from your laptop or your living room. It requires getting on planes, jumping in rental cars, crossing time zones, digging feet in sand…

It’s how I found the subject of my new YouTube video.

Most people have never even heard of this city. But I’d been hearing whispers about it from my network of real estate insiders. As the signals grew louder I booked flights. And, after meeting developers, touring projects, and walking neighborhoods, my conclusion was clear…

This is my biggest city discovery in more than a decade.

Right now, it’s experiencing one of the biggest economic transformations in the Americas, because this country has exactly what the modern world needs.

Cheap, abundant electricity…a young population moving into its prime earning years…low taxes…some of the most productive farmland on earth…and new infrastructure that could reshape trade across South America.

I believe the right real estate here could triple in value over the next decade.

I’ve already invested here personally.

Now I’ve just released my video deep-dive on this overlooked city in the new episode of The Ronan McMahon Report.

Click below to watch it now. And when you’re done, share your thoughts or questions in the comments. My team and I read them all.

In this new deep-dive on my YouTube channel, I take you to an overlooked capital in the Americas. Click to view…

The city I’m talking about is Asunción, Paraguay.

For most of modern history, this landlocked country has been overshadowed by larger neighbors such as Brazil and Argentina.

But over the past two decades, Paraguay has quietly built one of the strongest macroeconomic foundations in the Americas.

Its economy grew by 6.6% in 2025. It generates almost five times more electricity than it consumes. And its young, increasingly affluent population is driving demand for better homes, offices, restaurants and services.

You can see that transformation most clearly along Avenida Aviadores del Chaco—Asunción’s emerging “Golden Mile.”

This is where you’ll find glass office towers…luxury malls…international hotels…and Paraguay’s World Trade Center.

It’s where the city’s corporate world is concentrating—and where affluent young professionals increasingly want to live.

Yet real estate here is still remarkably affordable compared with equivalent districts in many global cities. This is a place where you can buy for $80,000…or even less!

In my new video, I explain why I believe Asunción’s transformation is just getting started—and what it could mean for real estate investors.

Watch now to learn:

  • The five forces driving Paraguay’s economic transformation…
  • How the right property could generate gross rental yields of 8% to 10%…
  • And why I’ve invested personally in a landmark development beside Paraguay’s World Trade Center…

It’s all in my new video.

Watch my full deep-dive now.

Wishing you good real estate investing,
